Returns and exchanges

If some or all of the products you receive are not suitable for you, you have a 14-day return period after receipt.

The returned products that are delivered to us must be in good condition. Products must be displayed in their original packaging without being used. The refund will cover the initial products and delivery costs and the refund will be made directly on the credit card used during the order.

Shipping costs related to the return of your products are at your expense.

Unwanted Goods

If you change your mind:

2. We will email you a return reference number and provide you with an address.

3. Please write the return number clearly on the box and send (with the original packaging as far as possible) to the address provided.

Damaged Goods

In the rare event that an item is defective or damaged, please follow these steps and we will offer you replacement or a full refund.

Please note that it is necessary to provide photographic evidence of damaged property and that we may or may not recover damaged products from you for further investigation at no additional cost to you. You will be sent a replacement or a full refund within 14 days. We are very concerned about the quality of our products and are very attentive to the feedback from each customer we refer to our development team.
